Best Customer Service - It should be the "Norm"!

No Matter where or what, it should always be about customer service. That is why we have that common thread within everything we write. Paris and I, David, Rob and Jamie, our team has a very solid and stable foundation and all have backgrounds in Customer Service. Paris and I came from Public Service backgrounds. Some in those fields you never want to deal with twice - However, with us that was not the case as seen by all of the letters of praise in our personnel packages.



In all we say and do within our Relational Business Model and with RE/MAX and amongst our team with our clients, we are about being there when called upon. Giving facts to back up our answers, never having the client needing to take any "Leap" of faith then it comes to belief.



Also - Pressure is not in our creed. Something I personally despise is when those out there in SALES attempt to push you into spending your hard earned money on a product or service you might be having doubts about.



Never forget that it is extremely important to listen to that small voice. Usually your first impressions are correct and you should go with them. Secondly, when you are talking about spending money on Real Estate - it should never be dome with any less than a face to face meeting so you can watch the reactions, body language and eye movement associated with the person that is speaking about the Goods and or Services you are seeking.



When you are about to purchase something as expensive as Real Estate - Check out what the agent you are going to secure as your representative, is saying. What are they attempting to convey in the written word. Hold them accountable with their statements and what they post for you to read. We run several Blog's - We are about the conveyance of FREE Real Estate Information. We want it known that if you have questions we have answers and will give them without charge and obligation.



Watch out for those out there that charge up front for Real Estate Services. Yes they are out there - Short Sales being a the current market's flavor of the day, some Agents are charging upwards of $1000.00 to even start negotiating the short sale. Something that they should be doing, they explain that they have a team of short sale specialists to handle your misery. I know a thing or two about the short sale process and have had success with our team and their successful negotiation. I was always happy with what the "Bank" which is the seller, was willing to pay me. That is where it should remain. If you are good at Real Estate you will eventually make your clients more money that others in the same field that are not as proficient.

Where do you find out that has happened, when you meet with them and they are not what have been reflected inside of their articles and blog posts. You will smell it as soon as you sit down in front of them and have a good hard look into their eyes.



Sad but true, the most important for anyone out there is that they realize that they are spending a heck of a lot of money - So who they hire should be what they say they are, and should be worth every penny spent, for buyers our representation is always paid by the seller, so you don't en-cur the expense for us to represent you as a buyer. For sellers - you pay both ends, us as your representative, and the other agent that brings the buyer. For that matter we are worth every penny, because a Good Real Estate Broker will make you more money in the long run than a discount Broker - We are on the cutting edge and every time I have attempted to cut corners in our purchase of products or services, I have gotten burned. Welcome to my world.

I am not one to take much of a political stance, but I do see it necessary to vote so we don't lose that right. As far as who am I wanting to see elected. I think they both have their good and bad points.



I am just glad that the President has a lot of advisers and should be looking at the common man and woman as their boss. That is who I want elected - someone that looks at us as their boss and to ask us the questions about how to lead and what we want to see as being beneficial with their platform.

Mountasia Family Fun Center in Santa Clarits

What an awesome place. Mountasia Family Fun Center in Santa Clarita CA http://mountasiafuncenter.com/. We are here for a fundraiser by Bridgeport Elementary School. This place is fantastic. Games bumper boats go carts batting cages. Minature golf and laser tag arena. Ice cream pizza dikes candy. OMg. Sensory overload. Located on Soledad canyon road about 2.5 miles east of where San fernando road and bouquet canyon intersect.



A very special place in the Santa clarita valley for family fun. Even the games have a new card module feature that allows the games to be played with the swipe of a card.



One price for three hours of unlimited fun. Ride the go carts. The bumper boats. Play laser tag play video games. Hit some balls and go home and rest when your kids tire you out.



Awesome place in Santa Clarita. Is it safe? I personally know some of the security and from what I've seen they are the best so rest assured you will experience a safe time.

Day trader in Real Estate for ReMax

It was commented on again that my setup at ReMax of Santa Clarita looks a lot like something you would see at a day traders desk. 3 22" monitors and a Dell duo core computer with a factory installed quad video card. Why? Dear Watson so I can make the best use of my time. Demanding am I with my part of our Real Estate business. I am forever searching for the best way to increase traffic with regard to our clients listings. I have to say I have found several that give our clients in front of more qualified buyers than anyone else in the Real Estate industry. If I were looking for an agent I would see how they effectively advertise their "bosses" homes for sale and go with the one who is heads and tails above the rest. To the power of seven.

First Hybrid Motorcycle

As you all know - maybe some of you do not - I was LAPD for 17 years and a Motor Cop for 13 of those. Ten years ago we started to build our business in Real Estate in the Santa Clarita Valley - and Paris911.com was born.

Loan Modification - Be CAREFUL!!!

There are a lot of new companies that have come out of thin air that have to do with Loan Modification and the Saving of Your Home. I have to say be very careful. We are not lenders but are working under one of the largest Real Estate Companies in the World - RE/MAX and ours is RE/MAX of Santa Clarita and RE/MAX of Valencia - We are The Paris911 Team and I watch out for your best interests when it comes to any and all Real Estate Markets.



Out of thin air they come - Depending on the market and depending on what people need, these Snake Oil Salesmen come out and attempt to take your hard earned monies from you. Be Weary and ask a lot of questions. Find out if they are licensed. Make sure they can perform what they say they can do.



Find out why it is better to go through some Middle Man and not your Note Holder i.e. your very own bank. What is in it for them. Do the banks not have personnel in place to help you?



Make sure they have contracts that have your ideals best in mind and that do not cause you any undue harm.

Would u believe the old mobile phone trick?

I am saying the title of this post with the best Maxwell Smart impression I can. So have you been posting from your mobile phone yet?

Halloween 2008 - How is it going to be different

With the flood of foreclosures on the market and the current Financial market being a bit "deep and distressful", I am wondering how this Halloween will be affected?



Real Estate as a whole works in conjunction with the entire financial market and when one is down usually they both are.



Be careful out there this Holiday season and watch out for those folks that have a bit too much reality.



Give a chance after you park and bolt out of your car. Take a moment and look around to see who else is sitting in their car watching you. When you arrive home make sure you have not been followed and see who else pulls up to their homes, do you recognize them?



If you are in a grocery store or the mall make sure the person behind you is not "shoulder surfing" obtaining all the data and committing it to their memory by looking at your uncovered data in your wallet as you pay the clerk.



Take a walk through of your home and look around and get mentally prepared incase you need to defend yourself in your home. Think how you would utilize items found in your home as weapons, carpets, lamps, power cords, phone locations, windows in bedrooms face?? etc...
