Seeing if we figured out the Glitch...

Don't you love humans. I am one - but the thing that most amazes me is how we associate and assign blame. It is never anything that we personally did to deserve, bequeath, or re-route - It was always the other guys fault.

It never failed - if when I was playing full time Motor Cop - and I pulled over a violator, if they admitted to me what I observed - they were let go.

Because that instance was so extremely rare - that someone actually took personal responsibility for their actions - when I stopped someone that I had a Laser Lock on - after my systems were checked and rechecked, my certificate of validity was updated - if and when they told me that "you know officer you are right - I was driving entirely too fast" "I'll try to keep it down". Those dozen or so times in 13 years and a whole bucket load of citations (until I found my true love - DUI watch) - always threw me back on my heels.

I have a new white board - Magnetic to boot!

I went into WalMart and purchased a white board - sort of a mind mapping device if you will. Something that I can look at and utilize my little magnets to stick various items upon it - also to keep mental track of things that I want to do - I am happy with this because it serves two purposes - it is a white board, but it is magnetic - also - I am a post it freak - I have two sizes on my desk - dispensers also - you can see this in the picture.

I would hope that you also enjoy Metallica when you work, because I do - I have it at a level that those on the phone cannot hear what I can.

You and Kristen have been the catalyst for my belief in consistent and

"on-topic" blogging. So I have come about to focus more on the

Current Real Estate Market. REO's and Foreclosures are definitely the

flavor of the day as we have seen by the multitude of requests at

http://MoreThanForeclosures.com/. I get several requests a day

sometimes, in fact it has become a monster that I did not expect.

I can take the information that is provided by one of the four boards

of Realtor's Paris and I are members of and utilize it on my new blog

Platform that just focuses on the Foreclosed and Distress Properties.

Then I can connect the dots back and forth with our existing web

presence, Paris911's Main Blog (http://blog.paris911.com/) and the iBlog911.com site. (http://iblog911.com/)

I see myself as one that is not into the "steering" of clients and

that clients are much too savvy for that. So we give freely all of

the information available for the "client" to make their best decision

regarding first time home purchasing, investing, downsizing or selling

to move up or away.

REOengine is the driver for this segment of the populous. Furthermore

it provides another foundation to emblazon our Brand of Paris911 to

the masses. This also is something that makes us "different". There

are a lot of Realtor's, and to my dismay, some that have fallen off the

map. But we are always respectful of causation and keep a watchful

eye on our Clients goals, always placing them in high regard.

Last I heard is that there are over 100 Million subscribers. Those

and the implementation of our Relational Business Model.

Furthermore, we are being seen as Human, not as Bots generating

hyperlinks back and forth amongst the pages in order to rank higher in

the keyword searches. Being members of the social networks and

becoming friends of others out there in the world, globally,

nationally or locally has benefited us with Brand Recognition and also

has connected us with those that are looking to utilize our services.

I think the story of Paris911(http://paris911.com/) is unique and couple that with the

experience of any one of our clients, and the story has grown over the

past 10 years. Branding is much more than a fancy logo - it needs to

be something that subscribes to the "world view". However, whether

the world view is negative towards Sales people in Real Estate or

positive, our stance is on the platform that bests serves our clients.

Our start was with working within Law Enforcement - LAPD(http://lapdonline.com/) to be

specific. With my performance and work ethic, being Blessed to teach

many of the "hard" subjects while on the Job, I had a chance to

interact with some truly gifted and wonderful people. Those people

have since become our friends and I owe them a lot for helping us get

our start in Real Estate and develop our Brand. Our claim in the

beginning was exclusively Law Enforcement, Firefighters and Educators.

quite a stir for us and continues to be our main thrust for generating

Leads and securing Contacts. I have used a lot of other "free" blog

services. They have their place. But I can post something on a Free

Platform, then write something of a very similar nature on one of our

three Kinetic Knowledge(http://kineticknowledge.com/) Blogs - within minutes I am seeing the Kinetic

Knowledge results for keyword search surface on Google (usually page

1) - the Free platform is buried deep, many pages within the keyword

search.

newsletter. I was honored by what was quoted by me with regard to the

"connecting of the dots". Blogging is truly essential. And to get a

"blog" that hits like a run away freight train is so very important.

Like I mentioned, I have tried other solutions, some were paid for. I

have always been a writer of my own content. I have posted stories

and data that have been authored by others - but always get verbal

permission and give them the 100% credit. Some others that I have

quoted and posted on our Blog have started to get hits as a result of

my crediting the post to them.

Yes - Some are so called "competitors" in my Field. However, I don't

look at anyone as a competitor, not that I am so Arrogant that I think

we are all "that". But I have always subscribed to the belief that

there is enough business out there for "good agents". I also am not

one to wonder "why is all that good happening to so and so", or, "why

me". I don't check others stats, listings, or productivity. I am

focused on our Clients first and foremost that that seems to take a

huge chunk of my time and effort. I am not about to water down the

formula by envy!

If you are a Realtor, car salesman, shower curtain ring sales person

or anyone out there that wants to get your name to the masses, you

cannot forsake the blog. When you write about things you believe in,

it is a very natural platform to the conveyance of those ideals. You

will see the results.

I quit the LAPD 03/2007. After 17 years of service and 3 years before being vested in

a pension, a pension that I would stated to collect at 50 and for the

rest of my life. I just quit after Paris and I discussed the business

she was handling full time and me doing it part time. I walked in to

personnel the 27th of March and quit. Did I get fired? Did I resign

in lieu of? Negative Ghost Rider - I continued on as a Level 1 Reserve

Officer with the LAPD, teaching Firearms/Tactics at the Edward M.

Davis Police Academy. In short order, I started to see how the

expansion of our brand Paris911 and our Business would be most

effective. I met with Jeff Turner(http://realestateshows.com/) of Real Estate Shows and with my

motivation and focus and his Hour and 15 minutes spent in my office at

RE/MAX of Santa Clarita(http://connormacivor.remax.com/) - The rest was history. 1% of the Realtors in

the world embrace technology and blogging. Those are the most

successful in the business for the most part and those that are in the

1% that do not and are not willing to learn, they are loosing ground.

I am respectful and that is the reason why I am saying to "Try... Try

Not... - Either Do or Do Not!"

Selling Real Estate in the Santa Clarita RE/MAX

I cannot tell you how much we have been Blessed when it comes to meeting key people along our journey from nothing status to where we are today.

Something that rings true about RE/MAX of Santa Clarita and us being The Paris911 Team is the fact that we do know how it was to be struggling - and from that point of view - we understand how we don't do it with pressure and utilizing some of these more Famous Tricks to get people to purchase homes and sell them.

Here are a couple of the "tricks" that make me cringe when I hear them:

Mr. Seller, I tell you what, I am going to have you sign this contract, even though you want to think about it, because I am sure that you are going to realize that you are doing the right thing by hiring me to sell your home and now is the BEST time, All you have to do is call me and I will tear it up if you change your mind.

You have no idea how many times when we interview at listing appointments - the sellers are shocked when we tell them we don't have any contracts with us. Their jaws just drop when we say that...

#2 - Mr. Buyer - I tell you what - you are not going to do any better than this home right now - and if you were smart you would sign this contract right now so we can get this started. Oh, you want to think about it??? Ok - sign the contract and I will hold off on its being submitted - until tomorrow - if you change your mind, which I am sure you will not, then I will tear it up...

So what is it about high pressure that you don't understand? - I hate it and we at the Paris911 Team are not about anything that is related to high pressure - have a nice day and take your time!!!

RE/MAX does it again, Beyond Santa Clarita

We had a long hard look around 10 years ago when we started to interview companies. In Fact RE/MAX was not our first choice. We worked at a few different companies - split evenly between Paris and I. We were not always working together either. But, when we interview with RE/MAX of Santa Clarita - the fit was obvious. Just enough room and comfortable when bending and even if you had a bit too much to eat. They did not give us indigestion and there was no heart-burn. It was everything we were looking for and also the other companies, at least the ones we worked at locally and in the SFV, seemed like Ghost Towns in Comparison.

Each and everyday when we come to the office, it is a beehive of activity - there are people coming and going. The staff is always dressed sharp and there is always a nice person to greet you as you walk in the door. The Offices are not the Usual Wack a Mole you find at some others in this valley. They are all individual and to get one does not only depend on the ability to pay, but productivity. Hello Everyone,

Alice and I attended a RE/MAX Broker/Owner meeting this morning in Pasadena. Dave Liniger, founder of RE/MAX International, was the main speaker. Liniger has been, and is, the only Real Estate person that congress has been in touch with for ideas on how to solve the housing crisis. He has given pointed suggestions and is confident that congress will ultimately solve the problem.

Today's Wall Street Journal, front page, has an article "U.S. Eyes Plan To Lift Home Sales" where the government is considering a plan that could help some people obtain mortgages at 4.5%. That's great news. I'll put a photo copy of page one in your mail slot.

Dave Liniger thinks the market in 2009 will be just like 2008. NAR's opinion is that 2008 was the bottom and 2009 will see an increase in sales.

Either way, we'll get through this. Don't let up during the holidays. If you get back to the basics, take advantage of all educational opportunities, work smarter and harder, you'll be OK.

There is a saying I firmly believe. Be careful who you step on as you ascend the ladder to the top, you'll be passing them on your way down..

We are with Remax and both remember when we were unknowns and when we wondered where our next paycheck would reveal itself. But now that we have been at this for over ten years, we still never step on those starting out. We remember how we were treated when we were new.

Disqualified from the Economic Stimulus Package

A Letter to Senator Boxer from a past associate of mine who retired 2004 from the PD. What better application than to Social Media to the masses. My BEST - Connor MacIVOR

Dear Senator Boxer,

After thirty years of service I am a retired Sergeant of Police from the City of Los Angeles (ret 2004). My pension and the pensions of the other thirteen thousand retired members of the Police and Firefighters of Los Angeles disqualified us from receiving an economic Stimulus payment from the IRS for the 2007 tax year. Because we had pensions from the City of Los Angeles, our pensions were not included as qualified for the payment. They were excluded from the list of qualifying income sources used by the IRS in the language of the legislation.

I am not objecting for my self alone but for all of the members of the class of pensioners that make up the bulk of the American work force. We were taxed during our working years and we are still taxed during our retirement years and the bulk of all revenues used by the United states government is provided by this class of workers. Yet when the economic Stimulus package was defined, we were excluded even though is was largely our tax funds that were given to other laborers and pensioners who had qualifying income from other types of pensions. It is frightening to know that the pensions of retired military personnel, any local, state or federal civil service personnel and who knows the countless other pension types were disqualified.

Here is another shocker: consider all of the employees of any public school district in California. Now take all of the unqualified pensions from pensioners in all of the other 49 states and answer this. Just who "Stimulated" the economy? Who got "Stimulated."

Do not think for a minute that any member of the disqualified class in the work force is pleased by this situation. Who approved the Stimulus package as it was written? That would be the House of Representatives and the Senate. Can this be fixed for the 2008 tax season? In part, it is your responsibility to set up a squawk in congress and your co-conspirators, er...I mean colleagues must fix this. ...and stop discriminating against this large (majority) class of the workforce.

My Shop Angel and Advertising to the Masses

If you are out and about and handing out business cards, you are doing more than others that are working in an industry that is very difficult to start in.

Set aside 6 months if you are going to give Real Estate a go - Also prepare for a lot of rejection and temporary failure. Never allow an ego to form also, that will cripple you quickly and keep you from being able to approach strangers. Brand yourself and find your vendors that are willing to go where you want to go with your business.

I have read it like this, imagine that you have a bus that you are going to be driving to a specific goal. Before you even start going where you have imagined, you have check several things related to the bus. Making sure it has fuel in it, in good condition and can take you all the way to your goal. The folks you have on the bus need to be "your type of people".

Not their types - not in it for them - they have to understand your position and be willing to make whatever sacrifices to help you take the bus where you want it to go.

Best Customer Service - It should be the "Norm"!

No Matter where or what, it should always be about customer service. That is why we have that common thread within everything we write. Paris and I, David, Rob and Jamie, our team has a very solid and stable foundation and all have backgrounds in Customer Service. Paris and I came from Public Service backgrounds. Some in those fields you never want to deal with twice - However, with us that was not the case as seen by all of the letters of praise in our personnel packages.

In all we say and do within our Relational Business Model and with RE/MAX and amongst our team with our clients, we are about being there when called upon. Giving facts to back up our answers, never having the client needing to take any "Leap" of faith then it comes to belief.

Also - Pressure is not in our creed. Something I personally despise is when those out there in SALES attempt to push you into spending your hard earned money on a product or service you might be having doubts about.

Never forget that it is extremely important to listen to that small voice. Usually your first impressions are correct and you should go with them. Secondly, when you are talking about spending money on Real Estate - it should never be dome with any less than a face to face meeting so you can watch the reactions, body language and eye movement associated with the person that is speaking about the Goods and or Services you are seeking.

When you are about to purchase something as expensive as Real Estate - Check out what the agent you are going to secure as your representative, is saying. What are they attempting to convey in the written word. Hold them accountable with their statements and what they post for you to read. We run several Blog's - We are about the conveyance of FREE Real Estate Information. We want it known that if you have questions we have answers and will give them without charge and obligation.

Watch out for those out there that charge up front for Real Estate Services. Yes they are out there - Short Sales being a the current market's flavor of the day, some Agents are charging upwards of $1000.00 to even start negotiating the short sale. Something that they should be doing, they explain that they have a team of short sale specialists to handle your misery. I know a thing or two about the short sale process and have had success with our team and their successful negotiation. I was always happy with what the "Bank" which is the seller, was willing to pay me. That is where it should remain. If you are good at Real Estate you will eventually make your clients more money that others in the same field that are not as proficient.

We are the types of Real Estate Brokers that do just that - We are good at this and look forward to helping you.

I hate the pressure approach and some out there still thrive on it as the only way. But I am thinking that those of you out there that are reading this - are a bit too smart for those games. You are the NOW generation and understand how to acquire knowledge about any topic that you are interested in. I am not the only broker out there spinning these webs of information that are related to Real Estate - I run into countless men and women that are in the Real Estate industry that are attempting to educate the masses one client at a time.

For that matter, I have met those that are involved in the same industry as I, that have others write their content for them. Where do you find out that has happened, when you meet with them and they are not what have been reflected inside of their articles and blog posts. You will smell it as soon as you sit down in front of them and have a good hard look into their eyes.

Sad but true, the most important for anyone out there is that they realize that they are spending a heck of a lot of money - So who they hire should be what they say they are, and should be worth every penny spent, for buyers our representation is always paid by the seller, so you don't en-cur the expense for us to represent you as a buyer. For sellers - you pay both ends, us as your representative, and the other agent that brings the buyer. For that matter we are worth every penny, because a Good Real Estate Broker will make you more money in the long run than a discount Broker - We are on the cutting edge and every time I have attempted to cut corners in our purchase of products or services, I have gotten burned. Welcome to my world.

I am not one to take much of a political stance, but I do see it necessary to vote so we don't lose that right. As far as who am I wanting to see elected. I think they both have their good and bad points.

I am just glad that the President has a lot of advisers and should be looking at the common man and woman as their boss. That is who I want elected - someone that looks at us as their boss and to ask us the questions about how to lead and what we want to see as being beneficial with their platform.

What an awesome place. Mountasia Family Fun Center in Santa Clarita CA http://mountasiafuncenter.com/. We are here for a fundraiser by Bridgeport Elementary School. This place is fantastic. Games bumper boats go carts batting cages. Minature golf and laser tag arena. Ice cream pizza dikes candy. OMg. Sensory overload. Located on Soledad canyon road about 2.5 miles east of where San fernando road and bouquet canyon intersect.

A very special place in the Santa clarita valley for family fun. Even the games have a new card module feature that allows the games to be played with the swipe of a card.

One price for three hours of unlimited fun. Ride the go carts. The bumper boats. Play laser tag play video games. Hit some balls and go home and rest when your kids tire you out.

Awesome place in Santa Clarita. Is it safe? I personally know some of the security and from what I've seen they are the best so rest assured you will experience a safe time.

Day trader in Real Estate for ReMax

It was commented on again that my setup at ReMax of Santa Clarita looks a lot like something you would see at a day traders desk. 3 22" monitors and a Dell duo core computer with a factory installed quad video card. Why? Dear Watson so I can make the best use of my time. Demanding am I with my part of our Real Estate business. First Hybrid Motorcycle

As you all know - maybe some of you do not - I was LAPD for 17 years and a Motor Cop for 13 of those. Ten years ago we started to build our business in Real Estate in the Santa Clarita Valley - and Paris911.com was born.

Loan Modification - Be CAREFUL!!!

There are a lot of new companies that have come out of thin air that have to do with Loan Modification and the Saving of Your Home. I have to say be very careful. We are not lenders but are working under one of the largest Real Estate Companies in the World - RE/MAX and ours is RE/MAX of Santa Clarita and RE/MAX of Valencia - We are The Paris911 Team and I watch out for your best interests when it comes to any and all Real Estate Markets.

Out of thin air they come - Depending on the market and depending on what people need, these Snake Oil Salesmen come out and attempt to take your hard earned monies from you. Be Weary and ask a lot of questions. Find out if they are licensed. Make sure they can perform what they say they can do.

Find out why it is better to go through some Middle Man and not your Note Holder i.e. your very own bank. What is in it for them. Do the banks not have personnel in place to help you?

Make sure they have contracts that have your ideals best in mind and that do not cause you any undue harm.

Halloween 2008 - How is it going to be different

With the flood of foreclosures on the market and the current Financial market being a bit "deep and distressful", I am wondering how this Halloween will be affected?

Real Estate as a whole works in conjunction with the entire financial market and when one is down usually they both are.

Be careful out there this Holiday season and watch out for those folks that have a bit too much reality.

Give a chance after you park and bolt out of your car. Take a moment and look around to see who else is sitting in their car watching you. When you arrive home make sure you have not been followed and see who else pulls up to their homes, do you recognize them?

If you are in a grocery store or the mall make sure the person behind you is not "shoulder surfing" obtaining all the data and committing it to their memory by looking at your uncovered data in your wallet as you pay the clerk.

Take a walk through of your home and look around and get mentally prepared incase you need to defend yourself in your home. Think how you would utilize items found in your home as weapons, carpets, lamps, power cords, phone locations, windows in bedrooms face?? etc...

Newhall CA Foreclosure - 3 Private Units

So the assessor shows that this property is a two bedroom and three bathroom. I will admit is does need work, but it is a real house located in Newhall CA for under 250K. You have a 7000 square foot lot and the improvement was built in the 1930's, however, for a home and land - I am thinking that this is a smoking deal.

The reason that this home is not going to move quicker and I have time to utterli it? When people are searching for homes to purchase then are not putting in two bedrooms for the most part, especially in single family residences. Therefore, this one will be missed. But it will sell once it catches on to find that it has 5 bedrooms (although probably not permitted). So hence the price. Also due to its condition, but that was taken into account and should bring some offers over the asking price.

I would say this is one of the best resources around and is a huge complement to any virtual tour - Especially a virtual tour that you can control such as http://realestateshows.com/ - The more signs you had out in the world used to be good enough. But today's buyers and sellers are looking into this box for answers when they have Real Estate Questions. Therefore, the more signs you have on the net and world wide web - The more business you will have.

San Francisco Real Estate Owned and Foreclosures

I am not sure there are any in a city that has a 3% vacancy rate. But you can sure bet that the Santa Clarita Valley and the other Areas' we serve are quite plump with Foreclosures and other Real Estate Owned Properties - http://HomeValue911.com/.

I am watching as agents are scurrying to get REO accounts and build their business in these hard times by representing the banks. There is a lot that is required to do such a thing. Furthermore, those accounts are built on relationships. If you did not build a regular "client" based business on relationships. Those agents probably do not have those types of connections at this time during this REO Market.

However, all it not lost - Keep pushing forward and never neglect your sphere of influence or what you have built to date - BTW, SFO 9/28/2008 - about 0930am. From the Hilton on Kerney St. Financial District - 25th Floor. We brought Mom along with our kids while Paris and I took care of some personal business. I often find things to be funny as was this. I was doing some shopping at Albertaons in Saugus California as I am waiting for our eldest to get out of TyRoung Tae Kwon Do(so). I observed this sign burned out in the way you see pictured. Is this a sign?

They are all around us and I would suggest for everyone to take the time to stop and smell the coffee from time to time.

How to Purchase a REO or Foreclosure Property.

So when we place properties on the MLS that are Bank Owned

Foreclosures, usually those properties are under market value. There

is several checks and balances that prove the previous statement -

Multiple Broker Price Opinions (one done by the REO Agent or someone

that is associated with them) and of course a full blown appraisal.

Knowing this going in and educating your clients will best serve both

masters. Furthermore make sure that you explain to your client if a

REO property shows active that may not be the case. There is a "lull"

period between the time a REO is placed on the market and the time

frame that the Bank is Overwhelmed with the Hundreds of other files it

is actively working on. Furthermore, there is the approval and

choosing process which takes time. We submit as we receive. But that

is not ordinarily the case.

What is also not ordinarily the case is we call back when incomplete

packages are submitted as offers on our REO properties. That is very

time consuming and most REO agents, I dare to say, as we represent

buyers as well, do not have the same courtesy in place.

What does it take to have a complete package? Explain this to your

client during your initial consultation to best educate and let them

know how this will help limit their frustration.

Submit A Complete Package:

Approval or Pre-Qualification letter - From the REO Agent's lender as

well (this is a necessary step due to the Escrow Failing and those

attempting to purchase the property is so dependent on the REO Agent

themselves. There is a lot of Accountability in place so do this and

explain it to your client as a checks and balances for the Bank and of

no offence to them)

Proof of Funds even in your client is FHA

Fico Scores (this would help - but you can mark out any confidential

information regarding Social Security Numbers etc.)

Copy of the Deposit Check

Legible copy of the Purchase Contract (many banks are paperless or

going paperless)

Type the Purchase Contract if you are able - This help will the final

paperless product

After this package is submitted verify receipt. We utilize a Fax

obtained by Freedom Voice Systems. This is a clean way and it gets

uploaded and e-mailed to me, Paris and Jamie our office assistant.

If the REO is worth their salt the verification should be completed

within 24 hours.

Then it is now time to wait.

Also inform your client that is it not necessarily the case to find

out within normal "human" seller time frames and to be patient.

Furthermore, it is actually against the law to reveal the offers that

are received and have been submitted with regard to terms and purchase

price. Plus besides the "Legal" issue - It is very unethical.

Explain that there are others interested in REO's and that they

deserve just as much of a chance obtain this property as your client.

Education is the name of the game when it comes to writing offers on

Foreclosure's and REO properties.

Here is another hint - If you are working with an agent that is

nearby, you might drop off the offer and package in person. Then you

get a chance to see how we used to do real estate dating pre-fax

times. That way you can sit across from the REO Agent and see what is

the happenings with the property so you can tell your client you did

one above and beyond all of the other folks writing on that property.

If you are the offer chosen by the bank - Remember that they are going

to need this going paperless - So in the future it will be necessary

to have the originals returned to the bank. Just an FYI.

Repairs:

This is a trigger point due to some banks not even approving Termite

Work. We are blessed to represent a Bank that does not deny Termite

work to be done. They would not loan on a property that has termite

so they have us prepare all of their assets and get the blessing to

have the work done before escrow closes.

Financing:

FHA and VA have strict requirements when it comes to their appraisers

that go out to these properties. If it is a true "fixer" then it may

not pass via the FHA or VA guidelines - Make sure you inform your

client of this. Make yourself aware of those guide lines to do so get

it from the Horses Mouth, call your lender and have them catch you up.

Then when you have your introductional meeting - make sure you inform

them and you will then be the Subject Matter Expert earning a Client

for Life.

Working directly with the Listing Agents:

I have to say that this is a difficult spot. We do not inform as to

where we are when we get calls on our REO's for sale. We cannot and

will not hinder someone that wants to buy the property even if we have

a chance to represent the buyer and double our commission. The world

is a small place. We were "normal" agents before this REO market and

will be at its conclusion. Also think about the bank, those Asset

Managers. If you are being up front, as we are, we make it very known

which offers we are representing the buyers on. AS should all REO

agents. I feel that this topic should be covered with your clients to

weed out the possibility and those thoughts creeping up that maybe

they should start working directly with the REO agent.

It is a long process. Some are easier than others. But we have

buyers that we have been working with for dozens of offers now. We

don't stop. We continue with the hopes and and eventually something

sticks. Keep them motivated and never let them see you stress or get

discouraged. Through the passing on of information we can all make it

through this market and survive until the next one.

Full moon in Santa Clarita CA Realtor

Asset Managers, we know what you want!!!

I never want it to be said that we did not do what was needed to be done when it come to our helping out of the Banks with the selling off of their assets. We deal quite well with the various Asset Managers from the Banks we are associated with. We are available by phone at a moment's notice, we respond to email very quickly when the asset managers have a request or need some information.

We have been advertisers amongst Law Enforcement and Fire Departments since I had my Start in Real Estate back in 1998. The men and women I worked along side of and in the trenches, were all very good to me then, and are still currently.

I remained a Full Line Reserve Officer so folks would not think I was fired.
